These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Genesis Nomad Inc., a Wyoming corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Start AI Marketing is a brand owned and operated by Genesis Nomad Inc., located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 12188, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. All references to “the Company,” “we,” or “us” refer to Genesis Nomad Inc.
By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Start AI Marketing provides AI-powered marketing systems tailored for Crypto and Web3 projects. Our services are structured into three distinct tiers:
We act as operators, deploying systems within a target timeframe of 7 to 14 days following the completion of the setup phase.
All services are provided on a flat-fee basis. We do not utilize hourly billing.
Setup fees are one-time payments due at the start of the engagement. These fees cover the build phase, system architecture, and initial training of the AI models. Setup fees are non-refundable once the build phase has commenced.
Monthly retainers cover the ongoing operation, optimization, hosting, and support of your AI systems. Retainers are billed in advance every 30 days.
All services are provided on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term locked contracts.
Services are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@startaimarketing.com.
Upon termination and payment of all outstanding invoices, the specific AI configurations and systems built for the Client remain the property of the Client to the extent that they are separable from the Company’s proprietary underlying software or platforms.
Start AI Marketing builds marketing systems that perform measurable work, including leads generated, content shipped, and engagement driven. We do not promise, guarantee, or represent that our services will result in:
We maintain a strict no-hype policy. We will not engage in, and we will immediately terminate any engagement involving:
To meet our 7 to 14 day deployment window, the Client must provide timely access to necessary data, API keys, brand assets, and community platforms. Delays in providing access or feedback will result in an equivalent delay in deployment.
The Company retains all rights, titles, and interests in the proprietary methodologies, underlying code, and AI frameworks used to create the Client’s systems.
The Client retains ownership of all brand assets, proprietary data, and marketing copy provided to the Company for the purpose of training the AI.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Start AI Marketing and Genesis Nomad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or token value fluctuations, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client to the Company during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Start AI Marketing, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from the Client’s project, token performance, or any breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Clients of any material changes via the email address associated with their account or through a notice on startaimarketing.com. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
